Found my USB CD-ROM drive, put the real disk in there, and ran bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, and bootrec /rebuildbcd with no issues. Then reboot and back to bios to change boot order to normal "before boot issues came". And when I insert it inside the laptop, it still shows that "old selection screen of windows" even I have wiped,formatted, and deleted whole data from that hdd. Now I have to figure out how to recover my Server environment. Are there other files that might need to be fixed before or after running BCDBoot? if you have any other ideas, i would love to know. It seems that the message I got was telling me that bcdedit cannot find the BCD store. Just click the sign up button to choose a username and then you can ask your own questions on the forum.

As Windows 10 regularly updates I cannot risk removing the USB as I can take forever to reboot the system. Well, I went ahead and installed win7 in the new partition.
