i was using an old computer of mine and other itunes i can't find the Create New Version in File, but found it in Advanced. First website i've ever seen that actually offered a working solution. Select the location of your iTunes Media folder 3. If it doesn't then either it isn't an MP3 file, or it is but one that is corrupted in some way.
