I was going nuts trying to attach to an old asmx web service running in a second instance of Visual Studio 2013. I guess something was causing the IOException which then made VS2010 want to debug it, but it couldn't - probably for the same reason it happened in the first place. See help for more information. --------------------------- when i look for solution , answer provided is to add debug = "true" butthere is no webconfig file at all in my CAS_fnc .
